Initially happy with this product until holes appeared at the neck. Reported this, but unfortunately this was no longer under the quality guarantee. Also received no advice on what would be done by suitable, This is poor service.

This merino pullover has shrunk quite a bit after one wash. I recommend washing it by hand.
