Warranty & Repair
We strive to prevent complaints. If an item is defective or damaged during delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. You can do this at the nearest Suitable store or our customer service.
To report a complaint, send an email to [email protected] stating your name, telephone number and a photo of any damage or defects.
We will do our utmost to provide a personal response within a few hours. If it is busier than expected, you can expect an answer within 5 working days. Together we look for a suitable solution, such as repair, exchange or refund of the purchase price.
Does an item not meet the expected quality or has damage occurred through no fault of your own? Then you can rely on the legal guarantee. This means that you are entitled to free repair, replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price. It is important to report defects as soon as possible within the expected life of the item.
You also receive a manufacturer's warranty for certain items in our range. This is an extra guarantee that an importer or manufacturer gives. This includes manufacturing defects such as loose seams, broken zippers or other defects not caused by normal wear and tear. The manufacturer or importer sets conditions and a term for this warranty. Suitable has no influence on this.
We guarantee that you can wear Suitable items every week for at least a year without needing to be replaced. In addition, they retain their vibrant colors and comfortable fit even after repeated washing. Does the item not meet your expectations or did something go wrong during washing? We are happy to think along with you to find a suitable solution.
If the ordered item does not meet your expectations or has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Our colleagues are ready to work with you to find a suitable solution.
Do you think we have not handled your complaint properly? Then you can contact the Stichting Dispute Committees for Consumer Affairs (SGC).
