Ordering
Step 1: Choose an item
Add one or more items to your shopping cart by clicking on the green button 'CLICK AND ORDER'. Don't forget to select your size!

Step 2: Proceed to the shopping cart
Review your order and press the green button 'Order'.

Step 3: Order summary
You will now see an overview of your order. Here you can add a gift wrapping to your order. Additionally, you can use a gift voucher or discount code. Press the green button 'Continue' to proceed with the order.

Step 4: Fill in your contact details and choose the delivery method
Enter your personal information if it hasn't been done by us yet and double-check it. Make sure your email address is filled in correctly so you receive your order confirmation!
Do you want to pick up the package yourself or have it delivered? You can choose from home delivery, delivery to another address, or use a pick-up point near you.

Step 5: Payment method
Choose one of our payment options (for example, PayPal or credit card).

You will see an overview for the last time. Is everything correct? Editing is still possible.
Click on the green button 'Secure checkout' to complete the payment.

Yes, after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

I haven't received anything
It's possible that the order confirmation has been marked as spam by your email provider. Therefore, always check your spam folder.

If you haven't received an order confirmation after taking the above steps, we advise you to contact customer service. You can do this via [email protected], chat, or via +31 73 623 5353.

Yes, this is possible if your order hasn't been packed yet.
We advise you to contact customer service by phone at +31 73 623 5353 before it's too late. Cancelling an order is free.


Payment

We strive to make payment as easy as possible through the Suitable webshop. After placing your order, you have the following payment options:

Credit card

At Suitable, you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.

Paypal

Pay using your PayPal account.

ApplePay

Pay using your Apple device.

Suitable Gift Card

Pay using the balance on your Suitable Gift Card. Enter the card number and pin code to reconcile the amounts. If there's a remaining balance, you can choose a separate payment method for it.

Bank transfer

This means transferring the order amount to Suitable's bank account. You can do this, for example, through online banking without any extra costs. However, keep the following in mind:

  • It may take 1-5 business days for the amount to reflect in our account.
  • Mention the order number from your order confirmation.
  • After receiving the payment, we'll dispatch your order.

Yes, all prices you see in the Suitable webshop include VAT.


The purchase amount will be debited from your account immediately after placing your order.
Additionally, you'll see the order number of your purchase in the payment reference.
If you don't see this, refer to the following situations:

Order is unpaid after placing the order
Something went wrong with processing your order. You can place a new order without any issues, even if you've already received an order number.

Order is paid, but you haven't received an order confirmation
You usually receive the confirmation within an hour after placing the order. We advise you to also check the spam folder of your mailbox.
If you haven't received anything after an hour, we're happy to assist you further.

Order confirmation received, but without a Track & Trace code
You'll receive this information once the order is on its way to you.

Both the physical and digital gift card can be used in the Suitable webshop or any of the eighteen Suitable stores.
In the stores, you can have the barcode on the card scanned during checkout.
For a digital gift card, the employee will scan the barcode on your phone.

When placing an online order, you can choose the 'Gift Card' option. You'll need to enter the card number for this. This number can be found on the gift card itself.
Note that you must first activate ordered physical gift cards before use! You'll then be automatically directed to the environment for further order processing.


This is displayed on the card itself. For the digital gift card, you'll receive the pin code via email.


Digital gift cards can be used immediately.

Physical gift cards received in the post will be blocked for security reasons. You will receive another activation code in your e-mail. You can then activate the card on this page.


The credit on the gift card is valid for two years and cannot be reloaded. Furthermore, it's not possible to have the (remaining) credit transferred to your bank account or paid out in cash.

Suitable tip: You can always give your gift card to someone else. This way, you help someone else get a stylish outfit! Note that it's not possible to transfer your (remaining) credit to another gift card.
